How can I make an appointment?

Once you have recieved a reply from Jacob, expect to pay a deposit to secure your appoinment.
Is there a deposit required?
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is non-refundable should you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or no-show.
Deposits are held until your final sitting and are credited toward the overall cost of the work.
What if I no-show to my appointment?
You will lose the opportunity to be tattooed by Jacob in future. No shows result in blacklisting.
Does Jacob do coverups?
Depending. Jacob requires an in-person consultation to see the tattoo you wish to cover (or review a photo) prior to scheduling an appointment. Costs of cover-ups depend on the challenge to cover it well.
What is the cost of a tattoo?
Jacob has an hourly rate for large scale work (full limbs, back pieces). For smaller pieces, he will provide a straight quote.
Does Jacob offer a free consultation?
Yes. Consultations are 20 minutes in length and are no cost to client. Consultations are not required if Jacob and the client are in agreement.
Does Jacob have flash to chose from?
All Jacob’s designs are one-of-a-kind. With a paid deposit he is willing to draw a design for you. Flash books can be reviewed in shop at Fourth Street Tattoo.
Health & Wellness Policy
All clients should be in good health prior to their tattoo appointment. If you are feeling unwell, please contact Jacob to reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling must occur 24hrs before your scheduled appointment time.
Support guests (family or friends) are not allowed to be present during your tattoo unless previously arranged.
Cancellation / No- Show Policy
In the case of a cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Should you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be held until your rescheduled appointment. Should you no-show, the opportunity to be tattooed by Jacob has also be forfeit.
Tattoo Designs
Jacob chooses to tattoo designs within his expertise. He reserves the right to decline work for any reason. Jacob will not tattoo hateful, slanderous or degrading designs.
